Your Right to Cancel We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, until it is despatched. We will refund of all monies including postage and packing charges but we reserve the right to charge for design fees or materials that have already been purchased or manufactured by us on your instructions by you placing the order. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. Damaged Goods On receipt of your goods from J&M Services UK Ltd, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 1 working days. Faulty Goods If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. Generally we will exchange or refund the item provided it is 'as new' and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect. You must notify us of any damages or missing items within 1 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If your goods develop a fault after 28 days and within its 3 months guarantee we will arrange to repair and return or replace the product to you free of charge.
